About the Role

This role will provide evidence based best-practice assessment, formulation, and intervention for a wide range of mental health disorders and other systemic barriers preventing clients from entering employment or beginning study. You will be supporting our customers to address their non-vocational barriers and develop their skills and job readiness. The role may also involve delivery of training relevant to the field, and consultancy with other service providers.

To be successful in this role you will have Degree level qualifications in a relevant field, i.e. Counselling or Social Work. You must be able to demonstrate experience in delivering a wide range of therapeutic interventions and a high level of interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in providing counselling and short-term intervention to customers with complex needs. 

This role is based at our Geraldton site.

Flexible Part- time hours and Hybrid/WFH options available.

About You

To be successful in the role you will be able to:

• Demonstrate competence in the application of a wide range of therapeutic interventions to consumers with complex needs;
• Demonstrate experience in building positive interpersonal and external relationships with staff and other agencies;
• Prove your experience in delivering 1:1 counselling intervention with clients and the ability to problem solve complex presenting co-morbidities;
• Deliver group training and psychoeducation relevant to the field;
• Demonstrate your ability to work as an independent practitioner and as an effective team member across multiple sites and teams;
• Demonstrate excellent time management and administration skills and a high level of computer literacy;
• Demonstrate your ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse range of clients, employers and staff;
• Prove your ability to employ a range of strategies to effectively resolve conflict; and
• Show sound understanding of available mental health and other support services.

You will also be required to:

• Hold a current driver’s licence; and
• Have a minimum Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in Behavioural Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Counselling; and
• Social Workers must be registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) (SA staff only).

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in leading a high-performing employment services team.

In this role, you'll help coach and develop staff, monitor site performance, support day to day operations and ensure our customers receive high quality, professional service. You'll also manage a small caseload while working closely with the Site Manager to achieve strong outcomes for both our team and our job seekers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coaching and supporting team members to achieve performance and compliance goals.

About the Role

Located at our Head Office in Melrose Park, and reporting to the Quality and Audit Manager, you will support the achievement of organisational objectives through provision of compliance reviews and site spot audits, as well as assist with the review and response to external audits. You will monitor audit recommendations and management actions to audit findings to ensure root cause is addressed and the due dates are achieved. You will analyse internal processes (both corporate and operational) to identify areas of process improvement, whilst managing a team of Compliance Auditors to ensure thorough and robust audit practices are maintained.

This role is being offered on full time, fixed term contract until 24 June 2027 based at our Head Office in Melrose Park.

About You

To be successful in the role you will be able to:

• Lead the team of Compliance Auditors to conduct and deliver compliance audits over a variety of different subjects and business disciplines;

• Work effectively within a team and with a culturally diverse range of clients, employers and staff;

• Demonstrate a high standard of verbal and written communication skills, including a high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; and

• Demonstrate a willingness to undertake intrastate/interstate travel as required.

You will be required to:

• Hold a current South Australian drivers licence;

• Hold Certificate IV qualifications in a related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Business, Commerce, Law

The Employment Broker will primarily facilitate the placement of willing job seekers into long term sustainable employment opportunities. This role will involve facilitating job clubs, conducting job preparedness sessions and reverse marketing (cold and warm leads) to support job seekers in securing positions.

This position is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis based at our Cockburn Central Site.

About the Role:

• Perform comprehensive Reverse Marketing of willing job seekers (approx. 20 at a time) to local businesses

• Generate opportunities for job seekers through BDM (i.e. generate placements, interviews and vacancies with local businesses)
• Through generating vacancies for job seekers, ensure the suitable roles are passed through to our Recruitment Administrator or Regional Account Manager for appropriate account management, while also ensure unsuitable vacancies are not accepted

• Assist site in meeting placement and target outcomes through strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Facilitate group sessions at sites including information and job matching sessions

About the Role:

• Perform comprehensive Reverse Marketing of willing job seekers (approx. 20 at a time) to local businesses

• Generate opportunities for job seekers through BDM (i.e. generate placements, interviews and vacancies with local businesses)
• Through generating vacancies for job seekers, ensure the suitable roles are passed through to our Recruitment Administrator or Regional Account Manager for appropriate account management, while also ensure unsuitable vacancies are not accepted

• Assist site in meeting placement and target outcomes through strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

This blended role will allow you to supervisor, train, develop and mentor a small group of participants across both our Gardens and Maintenance program as well as our Work for the Dole program, allowing them to build life skills to gain employment.

As a Green Door/Work for the Dole Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

• Supervising, mentoring, and training participants in practical, hands-on activities including woodwork, gardening, horticulture, and the safe use of hand tools.

About the Role

The Youth Job Coach is responsible for providing intensive person-centred case management and mentorship to approximately 50 Transition to Work (TtW) participants, aged 15-24. The role will include undertaking ‘direct employer marketing’, providing individual support and the running of facilitated group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements for participants. You will undertake detailed assessments, set goals, stabilise non-vocational issues, improve vocational skills, refer to a range of services and motivate and assist the young person find sustainable employment or re-enter education and provide post placement support.  

This position is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis and will be based across our Maroubra and Marrickville sites.

You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9 day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice. About You

To be successful in the role you will be able to:

• Work effectively with a culturally diverse range of people, employers and staff;

• Demonstrate your communication skills to negotiate customised jobs for participants with barriers to employment;

• Demonstrate strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite, including the ability to type 30 words per minute; and
• Prove your ability to read, interpret and apply both government, corporate and operational policy and procedures.

You will also be required to:

• Hold a current drivers’ licence; 
• Current Working with Children’s Check (or ability to obtain);
• Have experience within the Youth or Employment Services or a related industry;
• Have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or Youth (or willingness to obtain); and
• Demonstrated experience supporting young people into work and education.

About the Role 

The Youth Services division is currently seeking a Youth Worker for outreach,  sites and schools. You will have experience working with young people, ideally working with the Department for Education and/or Flexible Learning Options (FLO)/ Tailored Learning (TL) students.

We have a role that will be servicing schools in the Northern Region and Western Region and our Mawson Lakes Site and will be offered on a part time basis (24 hours per week) with potential for increase in hours until 22/01/2027.

Travel will be required between the sites, schools and within community. Excellent organisational skills, building and maintaining good relationships are paramount.

About You

To be successful in the role you will be able to:

• Demonstrate extensive experience in youth case management;
• Demonstrate your ability to identify mental health issues;
• Demonstrate excellent administrative skills, and
• Demonstrate experience working in the youth services sector.

You will also be required to:

• Hold a current driver’s licence and own vehicle;
• Have one of the following qualifications; Minimum Cert IV in Youth Work, Juvenile Justice, Child Youth and Family Intervention, Bachelor of Social Work or Psychology;
• Have completed RAN (Responding to Abuse and Neglect) training; and
• Hold a current Working with Children Check
