As a Case Manager (Employment Coach), you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find suitable employment and assist them in overcoming challenges they may be facing on a personal and/or professional front. There are multiple Full-Time ongoing roles available across our Box Hill, Cheltenham and Prahran sites where ongoing support, mentoring and training will be provided. At Workskil, you’ll experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary package. Your amazing people skills will see you: - Coaching and mentoring on employability skills
- Finding job opportunities
- Referring customers to external support networks where necessary
- Accurately documenting customer information within Workskil Australia and Government systems
You’ll also have: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs
- Strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to complete a Certificate IV in Employment Services (fully funded by Workskil Australia)
