About the Role Workskil Australia is excited to introduce the new role of Organisational Development Specialist. This role will see you working in partnership with the business to develop organisational capability through the delivery of our Diversity and Inclusion strategy and new Learning and Development strategy. You will contribute to the successful design, implementation and evaluation of the full suite of OD frameworks, initiatives and programs including employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development. This is a full time, ongoing position based at our Head Office in Melrose Park. You’ll experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full-time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice. About You To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following: - Experience developing and implementing Organisational Development initiatives focused on enhancing organisational capability, ideally in a national corporate organisation equivalent to Workskil’s size of over 700 staff
- Strong ability to be customer focused and build collaborative partnerships with colleagues, business stakeholders and external suppliers
- Sound project management and change management skills and the ability to support effective organisational change
- Experience building capability of leaders and specialists through learning and development interventions
- Excellent attention to detail, written communication, data analysis, presentation and report writing skills (ie: interpreting and sharing insights from Employee Engagement surveys)
- Ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse range of staff and offer authentic allyship; and
- Experience in the design and implementation of leading practise Diversity and Inclusion strategies and action plans.
You will also be required to: - Have strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; and
- Hold a Diploma in HR, OD or a related field. A degree in these fields is desirable.

Remuneration A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
