Work a 9-day fortnight and receive a full-time salary Lead a diverse team to meet KPIs Salary Packaging options About the Role This exciting role will manage the delivery of Specialist Workforce Australia Services for our Perth South sites by ensuring compliance with Deed requirements and achievement of performance measures. The right candidate will develop and maintain a current Regional Plan for customers with a prior offender history, develop strategies and employment initiatives for participants to generate suitable employment outcomes, and ensure the Workskil Australia Service Model is delivered appropriately and effectively. This role will play a pivotal role in developing, coaching, and driving the performance of your teams whilst building a supportive culture at sites. This position is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis located across our Perth South Region covering our Cannington, Fremantle and Gosnells sites. About You To be successful in the role you will be able to: Work effectively with a culturally diverse range of people, employers and staff; Effectively prove your strong knowledge of industry and the labour market; Prove your ability to motivate and develop positive relationships with all stakeholders including staff; Demonstrate strong task and time management with attention to detail and data integrity; Ensure administration requirements and reports are accurate and up to date and provide reports and other information to management as required; and Demonstrate strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite, including the ability to type 30 words per minute.
You will also be required to: Hold a current drivers’ licence; Have at least three years experience in Employment Services; and Have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development.
