About the Role As a part of Workskil Australia's Performance Support Team you will be a source of knowledge and guidance on the contractual requirements of our programs. You will be able to respond to queries regarding questions from internal stakeholders through quick research and understanding of legislation, contracts and systems, both over the phone, remote access and through emails. You will also be able to liaise with external stakeholders, including funding Departments, clients and members of the public regarding complaints, questions and feedback. This position is being offered on a Full Time and ongoing basis based in WA however site is negotiable. You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9 day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice. What we're looking for someone with: - Excellent attention to detail and time management skills;
- High level of verbal and written communication skills including a proven ability to write, review and update policy and procedures;
- Strong comprehension skills to interpret and apply contract, guideline, policy and procedure advice to others;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and support staff to perform at a high standard;
- Solid excel skills with the ability to interpret and report on data; and
- High level of administrative skills including ability to type a minimum of 30wpm.
- Certificate IV in Employment Services or equivalent demonstrated experience.
