As an Employment Coach, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find suitable employment and assist them in overcoming challenges they may be facing on a personal and/or professional front. Ongoing support, mentoring and training will be provided to all staff. We are currently looking to generate a talent pool for upcoming full-time roles across the Adelaide North region which include: Your amazing people skills will see you: - Coaching and mentoring on employability skills
- Finding job opportunities
- Referring customers to external support networks where necessary
- Accurately documenting customer information within Workskil Australia and Government systems
You’ll also have: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs
- Strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
