With no experience required, we are looking for outstanding candidates who possess these qualities to enter the rewarding world of Employment Services.

As an Employment Coach, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find suitable employment and assist them in overcoming challenges they may be facing on a personal and/or professional front.

Ongoing support, mentoring and training will be provided to all staff.

We are currently looking to generate a talent pool for upcoming full-time roles across the Adelaide North region which include:

• Elizabeth

• Enfield

• Kilkenny

• Modbury

• Port Adelaide 

• Salisbury

Your amazing people skills will see you:

• Coaching and mentoring on employability skills

• Finding job opportunities

• Referring customers to external support networks where necessary

• Accurately documenting customer information within Workskil Australia and Government systems

You’ll also have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Working independently and as part of a team

• Ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs

• Strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel and Outlook

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
