As an Employment Coach, you’ll work closely with people facing barriers to employment, guiding, motivating, and supporting them into sustainable work. You’ll balance compassion with accountability, helping customers build confidence and skills while meeting program goals and compliance requirements.

In This Role, You Will

• Mentor and coach individuals to improve employability skills
• Connect customers to job opportunities and external support services
• Maintain accurate records within government systems
• Help clients set achievable goals and overcome employment barriers

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Confidence using IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry)
• Strong administration and attention to detail
• Resilience and ability to manage competing priorities
• Motivation to meet KPIs and deliver quality outcomes
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Assessment Centre – 10 March 2026

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a Group Assessment Centre on 10 March 2026 at our Cannington site.

This interactive session will give you the opportunity to:

• Learn more about the role and our organisation
• Participate in group activities and discussions
• Showcase your communication and teamwork skills
• Meet our leadership team
