About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic ICT Infrastructure team which supports our diverse corporate and operational technology environments. 

Our technology stack incorporates a mix of on-premises and cloud technologies as part of a secure and robust environment. The ICT Infrastructure Engineer will work under the direction of the ICT Infrastructure Manager.

This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis and located in Melrose Park (Head Office).

You will also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full-time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice. About you

To be successful in the role you will ideally 

• Have a strong understanding Microsoft 365 Enterprise implementations and Microsoft Azure services;
• Have a strong understanding of Cisco/Meraki networking;
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server environments and Linux OS.; 
• Demonstrate knowledge of virtualization administration, in particular Proxmox and VMware vSphere;
• Have a strong understanding of Cyber Security concepts and techniques across a broad technology stack;
• Have knowledge of backup software and configuration;
• Ability to learn new techniques, technologies and be able to demonstrate initiative in planning work and technical problem resolution; and
• Ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse range of clients, employers and staff.

You will also be required to

• Have a strong attention to detail;
• Hold a valid driver's licence; and
• Have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or similar is desirable, but not essential.
